Gluhonemi Asher se je dve desetletji uril, da bi se maščeval človeku, ki je ubil njegovega brata. Asherjeva tarča pa je obenem tudi njegov oče.

Asher je izgubil sluh, ko mu je bilo komaj 12 let, in poslej se je skoraj dve desetletji uril, da bi se maščeval Ivanu, človeku, ki je pred 21 leti ubil njegovega starejšega brata. Zdaj ko je Ivan odslužil zaporno kazen, ima Asher priložnost za to, vendar je Asherjeva tarča obenem tudi njegov oče.
