Opis:

Remake istoimenog filma iz 1937. godine s Judy Garland i Jamesom Masonom u glavnim ulogama. Norman Maine filmska je zvijezda kojoj se karijera bliži kraju, a Esther Blodgett mlada je pjevačica koja ga spašava u neugodnoj situaciji. Shvativši koliko je talentirana Norman joj pomogne da postane zvijezda i njih dvoje se vjenčaju, no zbog problema s karijerom, Norman se odaje piću.
