Nakon što je pristao biti ambasador robne marke poznatog konjaka koja slavi dvjestotu obljetnicu, romanopisac Stéphane Belcourt vraća se u svoj rodni grad prvi put nakon mnogo godina. Ondje upoznaje sina svoje prve ljubavi, Lucasa. Vraćaju mu se sjećanja: neukrotiva privlačnost, tijela koja se spajaju u žaru požude, strast koja se nikada ne smije otkriti...
