Opis:
Najgora nuklearna nesreća na svijetu dogodila se 26. travnja 1986. Tog je dana eksplozija u nuklearnoj elektrani Černobila u Ukrajini poslala 190 tona radioaktivnog urana i grafita u atmosferu. Reaktor je gorio deset dana, a vjetar i kiša raspršili su radioaktivni materijal na velika područja Bjelorusije, Rusije i Ukrajine. Osamnaest godina poslije, utjecaji radijacije i dalje su primjetni u visokoj učestalosti raka, urođenih poremećaja i srčanih bolesti koje nose ime ove tragedije. Ovaj „Oscarom“ nagrađeni dokumentarac promatra trajni utjecaj Černobila na ljude koji žive na tom području, kao i na djecu čiji su se životi zauvijek promijenili i prije negoli su se rodila.
