Špageti vestern u kojem u glavnoj ulozi polu-Indijanaca Keome igra Franco Nero koji je 1968. godine bio nominiran za Zlatni glumac,
a tijekom svoje glumačke karijere osvojio je osam prestižnih nagrada.

Keoma se vraća u rodni grad nakon službe u Američkom građanskom ratu koji sad kontrolira Caldwell,
bivši Republikanac, sa svojom bandom. Kao da to nije dovoljno loše, Keoma shvaća da su mu se pridružila i njegova tri polubrata
koji mu jasno daju do znanja da tu nije dobrodošao.
Grad je u međuvremenu na rubu propasti, bez hrane i lijekova dok građani umiru od kuge,
a bolesni se zatvaraju u stari rudnik. Keoma se sprema na krvavu osvetu kako bi spasio grad i stanovnike...
