Opis:

Operation Crossbow (sh. Operacija Samostrijel) je britanski ratni film snimljen 1965. godine u režiji Michaela Andersona. Temelji se na stvarnim događajima koji su se zbili tokom posljednjih godina Drugog svjetskog rata, odnosno prikazuje napore Britanaca i drugih Saveznika da zaustave razvoj, proizvodnju i korištenje raketnih bombi V-1 i V-2 kojima je nacistička Njemačka nastojala preokrenuti rat u svoju korist. Nominalni protagonist, čiji lik tumači George Peppard, je američki zrakoplovni oficir koji je zbog svog odličnog poznavanja njemačkog odabran da se infiltirira u tajnu podzemnu tvornicu projektila u Južnoj Njemačkoj kako bi pomogao njenom uništenju.
