Opis:

Prodavac Norman Šilds iz Londona, sticajem okolnosti odlučuje da postane novinar, iako vrlo malo zna o tom poslu.
Odlazi u primorski gradić i tamo započinje istraživački rad. Veoma brzo njegovi tekstovi postaju zapaženi i tamošnja vrhuška se interesuje za njega.
Budući da puno toga izmišlja, on odlučuje da pobegne, ali da sa sobom povede zavodljivu misicu Liz, koja je zavela brojne muškarce... Bekstvo za ovaj par neće biti nimalo lak, jer ih očekuju brojna iskušenja.
