Cross-border innovations in the fields of music, the visual arts, literature, filmmaking and people's view of themselves make 1967 with the "Summer of Love" a turning point in youth culture and the development of society in the West World. The documentary takes a trip to the places that were at the center of the "Psychedelic Revolution" of 1967: San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York and London. It begins in Eugene, western Oregon.
