Opis:

Šerif s grupom ljudi pokuša objesiti Laramieja Nelsona pod lažnom optužbom da je konjokradica, no Laramie se uspije osloboditi i pobjeći. Jašući, Laramie naiđe na još jedno vješanje no uspije osloboditi sitnog prevaranta Tracksa Williamsa od vješala te njih dvojica odjaše u obližnji gradić. Harriet Lindsay, vlasnica velikog ranča i pozamašnog krda konja, stiže u gradić te prekida vjenčanje mlađe sestre Lente i mladog, nesigurnog mladića Alonza. Laramie, Tracks i Alonzo stižu na ranč Harriet Lindsay.
Snimljen 1936. u produkciji Paramount Picturesa u Odmetnicima Arizone glumi interesantna glumačka ekipa. Istaknut ćemo neke: u glavnoj ulozi gledamo Bustera Crabbea, poznatog po ulozi Tarzana i Flasha Gordona te ostalih junaka atletske građe, naime Crabbe je bio odličan plivač, čak dva puta je osvajao olimpijsku medalju. Ulogu Harriet Lindsay tumači Marsha Hunt kojoj je ovo jedan od prvih filmova. Zvjezdani uspon joj je zaustavljen ranih 50-ih kada ju je Hollywood stavio na crnu listu zbog promicanja liberalnih ideja te je potom teško dolazila do uloga.
Odmetnici Arizone jedan su od najpopularnijih romana Zanea Greya, lagana vestern priča protkana romantičnim događajima.
