Opis:

Romantična drama inspirirana kratkom pričom "Babylon Revisited", uglednog američkog pisca F. Scotta Fitzgeralda.

Kada novinar i veteran, Charles Wills (Van Johnson), upozna prelijepu i nemirnu Helen Ellswirth (Elizabeth Taylor), dvoje stranaca odmah osjete neodoljivu privlačnost i upuste se u vatrenu romansu. Helen i njen otac, James (Walter Pidgeon), ekscentrični su amerikanci koji uživaju u životu na visokoj nozi iako su financijski na rubu propasti.
