Niko ne zna odakle je žena. Ona sedi na klupi u parku i kaže da je iz Francuske. Bez novca ili sredstava za izdržavanje, savetovano joj je da predaje francuski. Ovako dolazi do dve Korejke kao učenice. Žena voli da hoda bosa i da leži na kamenju. Pokušava da sagleda svaki trenutak na neverbalni način i da živi život što racionalnije može. Ali stvari ostaju teške kao i ranije. Ona se oslanja na korejsko alkoholno piće makgeolli kako bi joj pružila malo utehe svaki dan.
