    Ambiciozna priča o duhovima, Marchlands je nova serija iz pet delova koja je krenula sa emitovanjem 3. februara 2011. godine. Radnja je smeštena u kuću po imenu Marchlands i pokriva tri vremenska perioda koji se stalno smenjuju - 1968., 1987. i 2010. godinu. Sve tri vremenske zone povezuje devojčica Alice (Millie Archer), koja je umrla pod misterioznim okolnostima 1968. godine.     Godine 1968, Ruth i Paul Bowen (Jodie Whittaker i Jamie Thomas King) žive u Marchlandsu sa Paulovim opsesivnim roditeljima Robertom i Evelyn (Denis Lawson i Tessa Peake-Jones). Šest meseci pre toga, njihova kćerka Alice je umrla i Ruth želi da sazna istinu o tome šta joj se zaista desilo.
