Solomon (1997)

"Solomon i Sheba" legendarna je ljubavna priča o izraelskom kralju Solomonu (Jimmy Smits) i Nikaulei, kraljici od Sabe koju glumi atraktivna Halle Berry. Priča se temelji na biblijskoj priči iz Starog zavjeta. Kraljica od Sabe s velikom pratnjom odlazi u posjetu mudrom kralju Solomonu. Divi se njegovom veličanstvenom kraljevstvu, a divljenje ubrzo postaje i obostrano. Kraljica od Sabe uspijeva zavesti Solomona te se on u nju zaljubljuje. Oni dobijaju dijete, Menelika, no u jednom trenutku kraljica odluči napustiti Solomona. On ostaje slomljena srca te kao skeptičan starac propituje svoju sudbinu.
