Summer of '42 (sh. Ljeto '42) je američki igrani film snimljen 1971. godine u režiji Roberta Mulligana i po scenariju Hermana Rauchera, temeljenog na njegovim vlastitim životnim iskustvima. Radnja se događa 1942. godine na otoku Natucket gdje 15-godišnji Herman Raucher (čiji lik tumači Gary Grimes) zajedno sa nekoliko prijatelja provodi odmor i postaje opsjednut lijepom i tajanstvenom ženom (čiji lik tumači Jennifer O'Neill) čiji se muž otišao boriti u Drugom svjetskom ratu.
